Two years ago Smithwise Medical Device Development came to ESP to fix their failing phone solution. However, they still had two years remaining on the contract with their incumbent carrier. Although we put our best foot forward from a sales and solution perspective, our best advice was to honor their contract and to try and work out the issues with that carrier if possible. Two years later our patience and professionalism paid off. Smithwise returned to ESP to fix their call routing problems and received a full-service hosted solution at their new Newtown Square facility.
