ESP’s newest customer is Seiler + Drury of Norristown, PA. ESP was involved in a competitive sales process to earn this architectural firm’s business. Unfortunately another company put a great deal on the table and was selected over ESP. ESP followed up and learned that the competing company did not install their service properly. Drury came back in for an assessment and signed the same day. Now Drury has a high quality VoiP system with the functionality they originally needed- a small loss became a long-term win for all parties.
