Conshohocken-based Table 95 Hospitality Group oversees six restaurant concepts, including City Tap House, Pennsylvania 6 and Field House, with 15 locations in operation overall.
The City Tap House locations had aging phone systems that were broken and needed repair. Fully functioning telephone systems are the heart of restaurants staying in business. ESP was able to fix existing problems, repair cabling, and introduce the features of new Voice Over IP telecom. This seamless transition allowed the restaurants to continue focusing on servicing its customers with little or no downtime to the phones system.
