The firm of Haggerty, Goldberg, Schleifer and Kuppersmith (HGSK) speaks law in several different languages, to better serve a diverse range of clients. Now they’ve opened new lines of communication with the deployment of a Hosted PBX system from ESP Delivers, LLC.
The firm operates eight offices throughout Pennsylvania and each location was in need of a system upgrade. “Good communications is at the heart of our relationship with our clients,” says Diane Primikiris, Director of Finance and Administration. “Our phone system wasn’t meeting that need.” The firm was considering revamping its old on-premise VoIP system, until ESP Delivers, LLC made the case that new Hosted VoIP technologies would be less expensive than an upgrade.
“We put together a Hosted PBX package that gave them state-of-the-art equipment, reduced maintenance and limited CapEx, all for less than the cost of upgrading the old equipment,” says Derek Amoroso, CEO of ESP Delivers, LLC. “HGSK was also able to provide these services to the sub-tenants in their buildings.”
The VoIP technologies facilitate improved communications among the eight busy offices, because lawyers and staff can quickly dial remote locations by simply entering an extension number. The Hosted PBX serves 200 handsets at offices in Philadelphia, Reading, Allentown, Holland, Lancaster, Lebanon, Harrisburg and Kennett Square, and manages 30 lines among the eight locations, scaling bandwidth and line allocation where it is needed, on demand.
“We don’t take an upfront fee when representing our clients,” says Diane, “and sometimes it can take a while to settle cases. So we need to manage costs. With this new Hosted PBX system, we can do that without sacrificing technology. It’s a win-win for us.”
